Kept Consulting Limited is a specialist resource consent and planning consulting service established in 2015.  Kept Consulting is based in Auckland, and undertakes projects throughout New Zealand.

The director / senior planner Kate Sanders has over 16 years experience preparing a range of resource consent applications and plan changes across NZ. Kate achieved full membership of the New Zealand Planning Institute in 2015.

Kept Consulting is primarily involved with preparing land use and subdivision consent applications. Kate works closely with The Planning Collective. Recent work includes commercial, industrial and residential applications associated with complex matters such as stormwater, contaminated land, underground fuel tanks, rural and residential dwellings, earthworks, utilities, and signage.

Kate has previously prepared submissions and presented at hearings associated with the Auckland Unitary Plan as well as aspects of the higher level planning framework.

Kate works with other professionals to help you identify and obtain the required detail for your planning or subdivision application, and will support you throughout the process.
