Kept Consulting Limited is a specialist environmental and transport planning consulting service provided by Kate Sanders (nee Kate Mackenzie).
Kate works part time from home based in Glasgow in the UK, while looking after her two young children. Although overseas at the moment, Kate is available for new projects across NZ, so please don’t hesitate to contact her about any projects you may be working on. She expects to live in the UK until the end of 2021, before returning to NZ.
Kept Consulting is primarily involved with developing land use and subdivision consent applications for a number of clients across Wellington, Waikato, Canterbury and the rest of the country. Kate has over 7 years experience preparing a range of resource consent applications and plan changes. She was involved with submissions and hearings associated with the Auckland Unitary Plan. Kate works with other professionals to help you identify and obtain the required detail for your planning or subdivision application, and will support you throughout the process.
Kate has experience providing strategic transport planning services to a number of clients across NZ, with particular knowledge in Road Safety, Active Transport and regional land transport planning.
